Histograms

Histograms are used for categorical data and give the frequency of scores in the cohort for each marker.

To select a marker, click on its name in the tabs at the top. With a marker selected, you will see the histogram on the left, and descriptive statistics on the right.

The histogram shows how the score categories for the marker are distributed. On the x-axis is the score, and on the y-axis is the count, or frequency, of that score category. A higher bar indicates the score category is more frequent for that marker, whereas a smaller bar indicates the score category is less frequent.
